Whether that’s working with them to learn how to perform the necessary bookkeeping tasks themselves or completely taking that stress off their plate, she’s here to work with them wherever they may be on their business journey. With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, several years of bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries, and being a Quickbooks Advanced Online Certified Pro Advisor, she has the skills and experience to help small business owners achieve their unique goals for their businesses.

Natasha Magrath is the president and CEO of You’ve Got Maids of Northern Virginia, a top-rated cleaning service recognized as Best of Loudoun and a Superior Service Business of the Year. Since founding the company in 2017, Natasha has led it to significant year-over-year revenue growth. A community leader, she serves as treasurer for the Loudoun Literacy Council and Equality Loudoun, and sits on several boards, including the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce and Stone Springs Hospital. Natasha, an immigrant, is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams and supports programs that improve her employees’ lives. She holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Lebanon.

Rosa Soto
Shear Love

Rosa Soto is the owner and founder of Shear Love, a pet spa and boutique that offers a personalized experience tailored to each pets’ individual needs. After over 10 years of working in the pet care industry, Rosa began her business in 2019 as a mobile dog groomer and expanded to a storefront in 2023. As the first pet salon of its kind in Loudoun County, Shear love prioritizes having an educated staff dedicated to staying up to date with the best products and best handling techniques. Rosa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, associate’s degrees in philosophy, speech, education and over 20 different certifications in grooming ranging from CPR to Advanced Skin and Coat Care. She provides hands-on training and an education allowance for every member of her team because she believes knowledge is key.

Chunky Vegan

Camille Hardy is the visionary Founder of Chunky Vegan, a groundbreaking company transforming the baby food industry with plant-based, nutrient-rich meals sourced from local, certified organic farms. Combining a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing with over two decades as an IT Executive, Camille brings a unique blend of innovation, efficiency, and transparency to her mission of providing parents with clean, sustainable nutrition for their children. Motivated by the birth of her son and the desire for healthier options, Camille created Chunky Vegan to deliver meals that go beyond convenience—meals that are nutritionally dense, expertly crafted, and endorsed by food scientists, pediatricians, botanists, and nutritionists. Now, as a Functional Nutritionist in training, she is dedicated to reshaping the future of infant nutrition with integrity, passion, and purpose.

Lorraine Rise is the founder of Career UpRising, where she and her team have helped over 400 clients across various industries, including top firms like Microsoft, Amazon, and IBM. Lorraine began her career in the health and weight loss industry, gaining experience in coaching, hiring, and management as a Director at Jenny Craig. After transitioning into Human Resources, she supported recruiting efforts at companies such as Lockheed Martin. In 2015, she founded Career UpRising, combining her personal and professional experiences to empower others in their careers. Starting in 2024, the scope of Employment and Entrepreneurship has expanded to meet the needs of women in our community. LCWAG provides skills training, strategies, resources and partnerships to support women’s personal and professional ambitions throughout the year.
