The 7th annual Girl emPower Summit was held Saturday, August 22, at the Loudoun campus of NVCC. Sixty-seven middle and high school girls participated in the half-day event, hearing from Virginia Vitesse founder and manager Ashley Koranteng, Miss DC Volunteer Christina Blake, Ashleigh Conrad of Girls on the Run, and a panel of female leaders from AWS on the topics of voice and confidence.

The summit included lunch, a photo booth, and raffle prizes from Loudoun businesses.
