The Women emPower Entrepreneurial Summit is designed to support women in strengthening economic stability, building professional confidence, and expanding opportunity through entrepreneurship, career development, and community connection.
The next Women emPower Entrepreneurial Summit will be held on November 4, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Lodge at Hanson Park.
The Summit brings together women entrepreneurs, professionals, community partners, subject matter experts, sponsors, and exhibitors for a focused day of learning, networking, and resource-sharing. It is designed to provide practical tools, strategies, and connections that help women grow their businesses, explore new opportunities, and strengthen the economic well-being of themselves and their families.
LCWAG’s research reinforces the need for this work. Through the Voices of Loudoun Women series, LCWAG has gathered more than 1,200 responses over five years to better understand the needs of women in Loudoun County. Recent findings show that many women continue to face challenges connected to health care access, community and social connection, food and nutritional support, childcare, and overall household stability. These findings help inform LCWAG’s programs and highlight the importance of creating spaces where women can access resources, build relationships, and move forward with support.
The Women emPower Entrepreneurial Summit responds to those needs by connecting women with information, partners, and opportunities that support personal, professional, and entrepreneurial growth. Through expert-led conversations, exhibitor resources, and community networking, attendees can gain new ideas, build confidence, and connect with people and organizations that can help them take their next step.
The event also offers sponsors and exhibitors a meaningful opportunity to engage directly with attendees, share services and resources, and support LCWAG’s work to advance Loudoun’s women and girls.
