Women emPower supports women’s economic independence, leadership, career growth, entrepreneurship, wellness, and lifelong learning.
The Voices of Loudoun Women Survey is a community research initiative that helps LCWAG understand the needs, challenges, and priorities of women in Loudoun County. The survey is open to anyone age 18 or older who lives, works, or raises a family in Loudoun County.
The Loudoun Women’s Hall of Fame is an biennial recognition program honoring women and girls whose leadership, service, and impact inspire Loudoun County.
LCWAG, the Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls, is a nonprofit organization working to help women and girls in Loudoun County thrive through education, empowerment, collaboration, and community leadership.
LCWAG offers annual programs, community events, research, and partnerships focused on leadership, wellness, economic opportunity, advocacy, and community impact.

The LCWAG Hall of Fame is a biennial event. When nominations are open, a nomination form will become available on our website and we will announce it via our social media channels.
