The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, nonpolitical organization that promotes leadership development and fosters an inclusive community for Loudoun's women and girls through education, collaboration, and empowerment. LCWAG is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization funded through grants and generous, private donations.
The Loudoun Coalition on Women and Girls (LCWAG) is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead the organization under the direction of its governing Board of Directors.
This is a part-time position offering a meaningful opportunity to advance equity, advocacy, and empowerment particularly in support of women and girls in Loudoun County.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and strategic leader with a deep commitment to social impact, nonprofit management, and community collaboration.
While the role supports remote work, it requires regular engagement with the Loudoun County community through key in-person events, meetings, and partnerships.
